Feebas

About Feebas

Feebas collects short, structured feedback about one person: a few rating scales, each with an optional comment. No sign-up, no accounts, and nothing is kept for long.

How it works

  1. Create. You describe who the feedback is for (a first name or initials is enough), choose the questions and the scale, and set a password.
  2. Share. You get a link for respondents, a link for the person to rate themselves, and a link to the results. The results link only works together with your password.
  3. Read. Results stay locked until the minimum number of responses you chose has arrived, so that nobody can be singled out from one or two answers. Then you see averages, the full distribution, comments and each response on its own. You can also share a read-only view with the person the feedback is about. It shows no names and no individual responses.

Anonymity

Respondents are anonymous unless they choose to enter their name. Feebas does not ask for an email address, does not use accounts, and does not store anything with a response that identifies the device or network it came from.

The person who created a form can read every response individually. In a small group, the content of a comment can reveal who wrote it. The form says so above the first question.

What is stored, and for how long

Cookies and tracking

Feebas sets two cookies, both only when needed and both strictly functional:

There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The page loads nothing from other servers; even the font is served by Feebas itself. Unsent answers are saved as a draft only in your own browser and never reach the server.

Hosting

Feebas runs on a server in Switzerland. The web server in front of it keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for at most 30 days, to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept separately from responses and are not used to identify respondents. Feebas itself does not log requests.
